Today wasn't as dreadful as I thought :)
Spent the morning reading this rather interesting book about patents, copyrights, trademark - basically Intellectual Property. Then browsed some pamphlets regarding family law (divorce, abuse etc).
Lunchtime was fun. Uncle drove me to Amara Hotel :D Hahaha nope, we didn't eat at the hotel. We ate at the food court at Amara shopping arcade or something like that. He said he brought me there for the fishball noodles. Yep, they were as good as he said. Really springy, huge and yummy!!
Went back to the office & played with the typing software, Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing :D It was quite fun but it's getting boring now 'cause they keep repeating the passages & there aren't that many games. When I got bored of that, he gave me THE PEAK to read. & that's about it!
Reached learning lab early enough. There were only 5 people tday, including the guy who joined us for replacement. Sat opposite Joellyn who changed her specs. They matched her shirt! Joellyn is oh-so-funny :) She's the only one in her class who failed philo! That's kinda sad. Anyway, the school allowed her to be promoted to sec 3 but she has to write some philo essay and PASS IT.
Joellyn & I also resolved to be good girls next year. We're starting anew! WE ARE GOING TO DO EVERY PIECE OF HOMEWORK ASSIGNED TO US NEXT YEAR :) Jo even bought a file to put all her homework! For someone who hasn't handed in a single piece of homework for the whole of this year, I'm really proud of her!
Dinner @ some Jap place. There were magazines and books near the counter for the customers. I took the magazine with KIM JEONG HOON on the cover! He looked super cute as usual. :D Beside it, I noticed the Memoirs of Lee Kuan Yew lying on the table forlornly. Aww, Eden, I felt so sad for our KUANNIE! But Kim Jeong Hoon is just infinity times more appealing.
Time to work on my essay. Tata :)
